"Find My Network" not getting activated !

The "find my network" in iOS Settings > [AppleID] > Find My > Find My iPhone > Find My network, is not getting activated even if I try to do it multiple times.
The Upgrade Account Security window vanishes on its own and does not activate the find my network.

I am not facing this problem on iOS 14.6. It got fixed automatically with iOS update.

Hard reset (force restart) fixed it for me.
