Not sure the best place to post this, so I'm putting it here.

This started a few weeks ago. All of a sudden when in the "People" tab of the Find My app, when I tap on my wife's name it says "No location found" and just shows her profile picture with a gray/black map behind it (so, no map). I realized I can click on the "Devices" tab, and see the location of all her devices in there, though. It shows her phone, watch, and iPad locations correctly . Her phone is set to be used for her location (as far as I can tell).

We tried rebooting her phone but that didn't do any good.

Anybody have any ideas why this is happening?

Have you tried to start from the beginning.
As in stop sharing your locations with each other then share again.
It happened to me with my sister and that was how I corrected it.
Good luck ?

I just had this happen as well; in my case it was because there were some new "iCloud Terms and Conditions" that needed to be read and accepted. After doing that, it started working again.

Thank you I forgot about the change in terms and conditions and that sometimes that can have an effect with certain services working. ?

I’m having the same issue as the OP. Where do you find these Terms and Conditions? Thanks.
