I just picked up my M1 Pro, open box at BB, Excellent condition, looks brand new, after migrating old Mac to new, I cant find the new Mac in the find my app, It's not listed, only my old Mac is listed, is there a way to add it ? Thanks.

You can turn it on in the AppleID settings panel:
