Find out who your Macbooks registered to?

I purchased my Macbook from a catalogue, and every time i ring Apple to get support for it, they ask who is it registered to, and i say my name, and they say its not.

So how can i find out who it is registered to?.

when you first started up the MacBook you'd have gone through the welcome screen and registered it with Apple.
