Finder: Duplicate entries in "Open with..." menu

This issue has been bugging me for a while. Duplicates of certain apps appearing in Finder's "Open With..." menu. They seem to be apps that get updated through the App Store? There's only one copy of each of these in my Applications folder.

Anyone else seen this? Is there an easy fix?

Hey, thanks! This "Google" website seems pretty useful, I guess

That fix works well, but it seems like an App Store bug to me that it happens in the first place.
