Finder Icon Issue

I was wondering if someone can tell me how to fix this issue with my finder icon, it has a green color around it; possibly removing and re-adding it? I dont know what happened, my computer locked itself out and then it looked like that; I would appreciate some help!

Try booting into Safe Mode; check. Then try rebooting into normal mode; check. Still there? Use Disk Utility. How you can use it depends upon which OS you have installed.

You're welcome. Hopefully, it was just a one-off occurence. If it happens again, start a new thread and someone will likely have you run the App Etrecheck to see what's causing the issue.
