Finder issue - can't see files

Hi!

Short story:
1. create directory (or file) via Xcode or Visual Studio Code.
2. go to finder - can't see them.
3. pick the created file/directory in Xcode (or any IDE) and click the "Show in finder" / "Reveal in Finder" option.
4. after that I'm able to see them in finder

Is it common bug, or just me?

I’m having the same problem. Seems to be a refresh problem when saving things or moving files around. They take forever to refresh. It’s got me debating if I should jump back to Mojave.

Not sure who the question is directed to, but I do have dropbox installed, yes.
