After every reboot/logooff the order of the Finder menubar items is completely resetted and reordered.

Is there a plist file or something else to delete to fix this issue?

So i should delete this file and probably all issues will be gone?
No guarantees available from a volunteer help forum. But, delete it and Restart to see if it helps. It shouldn't harm anything. And post your result here to benefit others reading this. :)
