I just noticed in my finder side bar that i have a folder named Untitled CD and then the burning symbol next to it. I tried restarting finder and restarted my comp a few times and it wont go away. I inserted a cd and ejected it and it wont go away. Any ideas? I attached a picture.

thats a Burn Folder. you drag files to it, insert a CD and then click "Burn". to remove it from the sidebar just drag it off (and then delete the original burn folder if you like).

also it looks like you tried to make your Windows partition invisible by adding a period before its name. to make it disappear from the sidebar just drag it off.

haha now i feel like an idiot. As for the my windows partion i want to keep that in the finder i just didnt want it on my desktop. Thanks Alot!
