Finder - Screen Recording?

I have noticed every now when using the Finder the purple privacy dot on the top right of my screen.

I'll open the Notification Center and see the image below that shows the "Finder" then when I click on it it says "Screen Recording" then disappears.

Is this something to be concerned about?
