Finder sidebar icon for iPhone problem?

Any idea why my iPhone 14 Pro "T" icon is larger than the iPhone 14 "M" icon? They are both 6.1 inch. Is there a way to fix or customize it?

Pretty sure the 14 Pro is more important than the 14, so, of course, the 14 Pro icon would be bigger...

Anyway, you might be mistaken. The 14 Pro icon is not larger; it's the 14 icon that is smaller.

But they are both 6.1 phones. This glitch shows up in the music app on my MacBook Pro without an icon because it’s Too Big. Just my name. No room for it.

It's a new iPhone. Maybe the icon will be fixed in a future Monterey update.
Be sure to report that to Apple. Maybe your report will make the decision for Apple to fix it.
