Finder slow after new ssd

Hi,
on my Mac Pro 5.1 with El Capitan i have change a hd with a new ssd SanDisk Ultra II.
In the hd i had my home folder.
I cloned the hd with CCC on ssd.
After changed Finder is very slow. I cannot use it.
I delete the ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.finder.plist, but nothing change.
I insert the new ssd in the Spotlight/Privacy and Finder work butter, but sometimes it's slow and cannot search in the ssd.
Also problem is that when i need to save a file with a app the mask is very slow.
To change dir or select file past minutes.

Help me.

Resolved: it was a iCloud Drive. I stopped it and now Finder work fine!!!!

Your SSD is best when you use SATA 3 PCIe rather than stock drive bay sleds.

PCIe "blades" cost but hugely popular for utmost performance.

his macbook pro may not ahve the blade ssd ability that only came out on the retina pros i say whats happening is spotlight is rebuilding so give it time

Nah. Mac Pro has great PCIe slits - it's a tower made for expansion - not a laptop. Even my 2006 1,1 has PCIe blade , just not bootable which req 2008 UEFI 64.

As for Spot, shouldn't be an issue. When cloning, use CCC and checksum on all files copied in adv prefs.

A PCIe adapter is cheap $25 or less, then XP951 (?) or OEM Apple Samsung M.2 blade.

Native SATAII holds you back to 250MB/sec r/w speeds.
