How does one makes one's Finder window stay the same size every time one turns on one's computer? And how does one keep one's Finder window set to, say, icon view?

One keeps having to resize one's Finder window and reset it to icon view because one's Finder window resets itself to list view and makes itself smaller each time one boots.

One is finding one's Finder window's behaviour ****ING ANNOYING AS ****!

So not a single person knows how to do this simple task.

Keeping a window the same size defeats even those who hacked the White House computers.

Thank you.

Temporary fix:

When the window reshapes, force quit Finder and it'll return back to the shape you want

The OS X Finder has always had this problem. There's no real fix.

One is most relieved to hear that all of one's subjects are suffering one's annoyance with one's Finder window. One would dearly like to proffer one's subjects a regal wave from one's Finder window, but unfortunately one's Finder window keeps resizing itself so one can only see one's fat arse!
