Finding Dup. Text Files In Two Folders ?

Hello,

I have two Folders, let's call them A and B.

They each have sub folders, and zillions of Text documents and photos in them. Lots.

I would like to make a single Folder, only, out of the two.

Is there any program, hopefully free or inexpensive, that i can use to find, and then
delete, duplicate Text files, and also duplicate photos, prior to making a single Folder ?
