iPhone Finding offsets?

Tried to hardboot, now stuck on apple logo after several reboots.

Do I need to DFU + Restore again?'

EDIT: WTF... Cant even get it to connect to iTunes.. still stuck on apple logo..

mine took about 10 min on that screen. Then reboot and now I am good to go.
