If apps support TouchID then that could be used for them. Otherwise there really isn't anything that can be done (perhaps short of jailbreaking and using some tweak for something like that, if that exists).

How can i understand the app is supporting or not? I have last version of ios10.

You would read about the app and/or check its settings (if you have it installed) to see if it supports something like that.
