Users can play around with 'about:config' in Firefox Desktop Browser but not with the one in IOS.

What is the alternative to Firefox app on IOS so that users can configure the browser in a similar way to their desktop version?

I prefer not to use Safari because it's not configurable.
Puffin Browser is fast but there is no way to do some 'toggle' work and ad-blocking extensions add-on.

Hope this thread be helpful to other people who have the same question.

What sort of configuration changes are you looking for in a mobile browser? Typically they are limited to whatever the browser developer provides. In a sense, Safari has quite a few options for it that are in the Settings app.

Two things I am looking for:

add-ons allowed: such as cookie management, scripts control and https enforcement;

about:config tweaks, like ideas in the link below:

I'm not really sure that (at least some of the) things of that nature are available to third party browsers in iOS. For the things that might are available it's up to the developer to put in various controls for them. Some third party browsers have more controls than others (like iCab that was mentioned earlier, Dolphin, Mercury, even Chrome to some degree, perhaps a few others), but it's hard to say how much they really expose as far as what you are looking for.

I've looked at iCab Mobile and it supports individual cookie management, but doesn’t do https-everywhere or noscript yet. Since it is the most advanced iOS browser I've seen (by far) I guess you should contact the author and ask him about adding these (I think they would be reasonable features.

It probably doesn't have about:config because it's just a WebView with a custom wrapper. Mozilla probably didn't bother implementing it because there's no Gecko engine to configure.
