Is Firewall iP like noscript is for firefox but for iOS ?
 
No. I alerts you for every connection attempt your devices gets and let's you decide whether or not to allow it. It can be great if you like that control, but when I tried years back the number of alerts almost drove me crazy.

No, it's like LittleSnitch for Mac.

You can set up rules per app or Global rules, rules per IP address or domain, etc, etc. Near total controlr of what data your phone allows in or out.
