MP 1,1-5,1 FireWire 800 Ports Stopped Working

After installing a USB 3.0 PCIe card on my Mac Pro 5,1, the FireWire 800 ports stopped working. Nothing mounts. FireWire ports don't even register on System Reports/FireWire.

Any idea/help? Thanks!

Do they work if you remove the USB 3.0 card?

USB 3.0 is old. Get a USB 3.1 gen 2 card. I like the GC-TITAN RIDGE (un-modified) - maybe one day I'll work on getting it to do Thunderbolt also.
