Once upon a time, I was one of the guys in the corner at CompUSA trying to help convert folks to Apple.
You know that was a LONG time ago.
I could stump the Genius Bar folks when they were new....
NOW? I'm good to get my password in a start up. In that vein I need some help with some first aid results. Here are 2 representative findings.

warning: inode (id 3570748): dir-stats key xf does not exist, despite internal_flags (0x8512)

Checking snapshot 1 of 1 (com.apple.os.update-DCFA9E2D4E4407822BB513A874B2A2922E2DD50403877F878FA8D11CC3D57596)

Anything unusual here or routine mess?

Thanks to all.

If the warning is related to APFS snapshot, I would not worry about it as APFS snapshots will eventually be cleaned up.

If you are still concerned, boot into Recovery and run a repair from Disk Utility.
