First gen AirPods constantly keeps disconnecting

Since updating to iOS 14 on my phone when it was released officially my first gen AirPods constantly keeps disconnecting. I’ve even repaired the AirPods but no luck.

Wondering if anyone else has noticed this?!

Can't say I've experienced this with my 1st gen. AirPods. Sounds like you've gone through some troubleshooting so hard to say what could be behind it.
 
Are there any devices left in your household that are not yet updated?
To give you an example I recently had both the BugSur (you gotta love autocorrect here) beta and 14 beta on iPad and could swear that AirPods were a bit buggy all around.
