iPod First Gen iPod 5GB(Scroll Wheel) - Connecting To A Windows PC?

I know that the first generation iPod 5GB (M8513LL/A) was designed to only work with Mac and not compatible with Windows. Is there a way to make it work with a Windows PC so I can use iTunes to sync and add/remove music?

Don't think so

The first gen iPods were firewire. I don't think they ever built out iTunes for Windows for Firewire -- only USB.
