wooo. i just placed my order for my mbp. this will be my first intel mac, my current computer is an iMac G5 that my parents bought me for christmas two years ago. (yea.. like two weeks before the intel switch ]: ). i've been a mac user since.. well.. ever. i've switched my mom and now i plan to give my imac to my dad so he can be pc free. im excited to see what sort of speeds my mbp will have to offer. i also ordered CS3 design premium for $349 which was an awesome deal. and a free nano that i will turn around and sell! so im excited and just thought id tell everyone! oh and on the side i bought a rain design mStand, and a moshi palmguard. i cant wait to get my new setup.

My laptop stand, for when I use the computer in my lap, is a hardback photo edition of Hichhickers guide to the Galaxy. The laptop fits on it perfectly leaving about one centimeter of the book showing on all sides, leaves plenty of room for airflow. (And didn't cost me anything as the book was a gift)
