I think they have digitially altered the video to show the apple logo the right way up when its an iMac hanging upside down...

I'm not very good at this sleuthing!
It is maybe just a sticker over the wrong way around logo? I can't imagine they would specifically make a new iMac case just for hanging upside down factory use!

Proprietary versions to run proprietary factory software to avoid leaks?
Seems like an Apple move to me.
what an excellent post, a great video showing some great insights into the machine prior to it being in customers hands. It makes you want it even more. I didn’t realise the motherboard was so big but seeing Tim Cook holding one certainly gives some perspective.
