Congratulations! I hope it doesn't take too long to ship.

I'm still waiting a few more weeks to order my first mac (20" iMac G5) so I'm envious :)

Yeah I just ordered a 14'' iBook for my fiance today, and neither of us has ever had a Mac before. Hopefully I'll get one of those 20'' iMac's in the not-too-distance future, or maybe the Powerbook. I'LL TAKE ANYTHING! :p

I just did it too!

Hey everyone!

Just made the big first purchase:
Got the discounted 2.0ghz imac G5 w/ 512ram + 160gb HD w/ DL burner for $1049 (edu discount)...didn't need the isight or front row, so I think its a great deal.

Finally Switched!!!

Looking forward to setting it all up tomorrow!

Congrats to all of you. Welcome to Mac- you are all going to love it! :)

I myself am considering purchasing either a 12" iBook G4 or a 15" PowerBook G4 to complement my Power Mac G5. Decisions, decisions...
