Well being how they were far away. Then I zoomed. Then cropped. Then sharpened. So yah, I'll blame the phone.

The cart appears to be 3x4x4 boxes...48 iPads...give or take a few.

Nothing special with the first shot - it's boring and blown out. The second shot is just heavily processed with tiltshiftgen or similar in super bright light.. so what's your point exactly? If it's just to show off some photography, ok - but the camera in the 3gs is marginal in bright light, let alone other places. BTW< you did well with the tilt shift picture though.. although not challenging it's fun to look at.
