Well, after a week of using my macbook pro, I found my battery health dropping significantly after every charge. By 11 cycles I was down to 94% health. So I took it to the local Apple Store despite not having an appointment. Stepping up to the concierge desk, I explained my issue. A quick look at my e-mailed receipt and a box opening later, i was out the door with a brand new battery. No questions asked. I have to say, they keep this up and I might just have to be a satisfied customer.
