Well, after a week of using my macbook pro, I found my battery health dropping significantly after every charge. By 11 cycles I was down to 94% health. So I took it to the local Apple Store despite not having an appointment. Stepping up to the concierge desk, I explained my issue. A quick look at my e-mailed receipt and a box opening later, i was out the door with a brand new battery. No questions asked. I have to say, they keep this up and I might just have to be a satisfied customer. :D

My battery after about 15 months began to jump between 60% and the decent 95%. Since my MBP was made during a certain time frame, there was a replacement program for those batteries even tho i'm out of warranty. Called up, and i'm now writing this on the new battery and it seems all right. Lets just hope.

But i will say i was disappointed at how disorganized the Apple store was, so i called it in to tech folk.
