first time iMac buyer, need help

So im gonna buy my first iMac in a couple of weeks, because the new one looks great (have a macbook already).
But i have a number of questions (im going for the 2.4gig 20' one)

1. how easy is it to upgrade the memory? i feel the 4gb upgrade is stupidly priced...ive upgraded my macbook from 512 to 2gb, and it was a piece of cake. any know how easy it is with the new iMac?
any brands i should consider for memory?

2. how well does bootcamp run Vista? basically i will only need it for using word & running Lord of the Rings online game. Will this cause a problem?

3. should i wait for leapord? the earliest i can buy the iMac is September 8th (new month on credit card lol) ... how long is this till the expected release of the new OS?

I can only answer your first question. The memory is super, super easy to upgrade. I bought my iMac with the standard 1GB of RAM. I ordered a 2GB SO-DIMM by OWC from macsales and popped it in machine with no problems. Just a few seconds to install and I was off and running.

Kinston, Crucial, Corsair... Just search the forums - there are plenty of threads concerning memory.

You need DDR2 PC5300, 667 MHz, unbuffered, non-ECC, 200pin SO-DIMMs (the same type used in the Macbook Pro).

Leopard is due out in October.

An iMac is based on laptop components, so you need to choose laptop memory.
