So a coworker and I are going to make an awesome new company. Fish Mobile or Fish Streaming (still working out which would be better). We need $50-60k to take off, :rolleyes: so while we are waiting for that, I ask for your assistance.

So basically, if there are a few of you out there who have free time on your hands, you should make us a totally ridiculous logo. You have the talent, and if you have the 10 minutes to toss something together that would be great. :D


Best one gets put on the Facebook page. :cool: Search it ---> Fish Mobile.

Here is my awesome logo. I did it in Microsoft Paint while I was at work. It took just a few minutes.

(I have CS5 on my MBP but I was at work)

Basically, if you haven't got it yet, it's pretty much a joke thing and you should just have fun with it if you'd like to participate. If not, call me stupid and move on. :rolleyes:

Okay... here we go with another one of these threads. People just don't learn. I kind of wish that MacRumors would ban people who beg for services, except it's kind of fun to watch.

To the OP, get ready to be tarred and feathered with ideas. You'd be much better off waiting until you get funding and then hire a professional. That is, if you even care about the success of your business. And for what it's worth... having the "chosen" logo featured on Facebook is NOT fair compensation. Do you think people are really that stupid? I know I my bank wouldn't allow me to deposit that into my account and it certainly wouldn't buy groceries.

Well, if you read the last line of my original post, it clearly states that this kinda a joke. :D

It's a joke idea we have, and I want joke logos. Like the one above. So please, tar and feather me with joke ideas... That's the point.

If it was going to be a legit business, I think I'd pay for a logo ya? Nor would I do a "mock-up" in Paint.

Ya I know, but I'm not that stupid. I mean really? Who goes to a forum to ask for a legit logo to be done for FREE...

The idea here was 1) get a funny logo and 2) let the people of the art and design world take a break from the seriousness and just screw around with this a bit if they so choose.

I'm a little disappointed in the lack of awesome in this thread. First photo is epic, but I feel like there are a lot of creative people holding out here. :D

EDIT: I thought you were a gaming company for the iPhone... hence the logo.. anyway... I've just had another idea... I'll post it later perhaps.

I like it. Maybe when I tinker around with Xcode some more I'll make some apps. :cool:
