Woke up at 3am this morning to go fishing on Oahu's north shore.

All with D300+28-70mm f/2.8.

Setting the lines:

A little competition:

Had a little fun with the camera, I only shot when I wasn't on the rod (which was not often because even in a 12 hour day, there was a lot of action... 9 ahi tuna, 1 sailfish, many many smaller fish (used for live bait).

I actually have 2 versions, the reason I didn't upload the 1st was because I had left the ISO turned up and I was afraid of some grain, but here it is:

The sun is brighter in the clouds and light is dancing in the water

But both are quite stunning to me
