Fit test always fails on latest FM

My AirPod Pro fit test used to pass on any tip I have tried which I always found a little ... strange? But now, on the latest firmware (they just updated about half an hour ago) the fit test always fails, no matter which combination of tips I try UNLESS I press the AirPods Pro literally into my ears and keep pressing them in with my hands.

Anyone else?

I already reset them with no change. Should I be worried or just ignore it as long as the ANC works?

To me the fit test is just a gimmick. Mine have never passed the test but, work great.

Mine are also failing and the other pair I have and haven't used much still pass. I ordered some blue tac tape and will try that. If not I'm going to just sell these off as apple's headphones just suck in general for reliability. I'm over it TBH and it's a critical design flaw. I tried cleaning and sucking on them and using alcohol to clean them. No luck.

I have never taken the fit test. I am very satisfied with the ANC performance of my AirPods Pro.
