Fitness+ Fitness+ 3 Month Trial

Bought a S6 AW and was expecting a 3 month trial of Fitness+ but just get the standard 1 month option.

Purchased from Apple. All devices on latest software.

Is this affecting anyone else and has anyone found a solution?
 
I'm also having this issue I got my Apple Watch after September 15th and I'm only seeing 1 month as well, I do have family sharing on. I'm yet to find a solution.
 
Same here. I ordered an S6, which arrived on release day and only seeing an option for the 1 month trial.

I tried turning off family sharing but that didn’t solve it, so I think that’s a red herring.

It’s only £20 but it’s just a bit annoying, given that Apple advertised it!
 
I don't have the 3 month trial option either and I also purchased a series 6 in September. Im hoping that it will all resolve itself in a few hours given that they haven't released the iPad app yet either. Fingers crosses 🤞

No 3 months trial fo rme either, despite buying my watch from the apple website. Contacted support, and their support software was not working (running on Windows?)- they have asked me to come back another time. So no fitness workout for me in the morning unless they get the bugs sorted. Sad face.

I activated my Apple Watch 6 on October 21st and I'm offered the three month free trial on my iPhone.
 
Oddly, I bought an AW 6, ended up returning it about 1.25 months ago.. 3 month trial showed up on my activity app after SW update on iPhone and AW 4. I’ll take it.. ;-)
 
I got a series 6 on launch day and wasn't getting the opetion for a 3 month trial either.

Called Apple support and they gave me a code to redeem in the app store which has worked and actually given me 4 months free!
 
Had the same issue and got it resolved in 30 minutes on the phone with Apple support.

Have a copy of your invoice ready if this happens to you as they asked for one (even though I bought it from Apple directly - must be a security thing)

I also got it till Mid April so 4 months too :)

I bought my S6 watch at Best Buy and got an email today with a code to add an additional 3 months (6 months total) for free access...
 
Just got a notification on my phone to extend my 1 month free trial to 3 months as I had signed up without getting the 3 month option.
 
Contacted Apple support on Monday when my 3 month trial wasn’t appearing so they gave me 4 months for free. However I’ve now been promoted to claim my free 3 months in the app so I now have a Fitness+ subscription until July!
 
Been trying for several days, no luck. Apple support said to call back. To heck with it. Deleted the email. Not worth the aggravation.

From the Fitness+ page on Apple.com:

“You’ll need to update your iPhone and Apple Watch to the latest OS, and you’ll have three months to redeem the offer after the first activation of the eligible device.”
 
I contacted Apple via their support chat and they gave em a code to redeem on iTunes that gave a 4 month trial.
