With the last iOS update I found that I couldn't use airplay to send fitness+ to my Mac (using Airserver). My guess (although it was just a guess) at the time was that this is because Airserver uses Airplay 1, not Airplay 2. Has anyone tried doing this using the Monterey Beta, now that airplay receipt is built into the OS?

It only gives me the option to output the audio. Video & Metrics can only be output to my Apple TV.

Just tried it and it works, although I needed to do a screen mirroring before... (I hope it's not a bug and that it's supposed to work that way) I'm pretty sure they're going to announce Fitness on macOS at one point but it'll be an Apple Sillicon Macs only
