Does Apple Fitness work in all countries ?
If not will it work with a VPN pointing back to the UK where it works ?
Is there an option to download workouts so you can use without Internet connection ?

I haven’t had any problems using my UK subscription from the EU.
I don‘t know about downloading. I’ve never tried it.

Can't speak to downloading, but I've used Fitness+ in about a dozen different countries around the world and never had an issue.

Apple isn't offering the service in those countries, they aren't blocking you from using it if you already have access.

There is no need for a VPN.

Disclaimer: While I’ve tried this in many countries, I have not tried in EVERY country. Nobody has.
