Hi,

i was wondering if anyone knows if it's possible to fit more usb ports in the back of the Mac Pro?

I got my mac pro about 4/5 years ago, and could really use some more ports.

Thanks for any help and advice,

Tom

I've already got a hub, and the problem with hubs is that they share speeds on one port. Some of the things I use via USB require their own port.

Thanks for that link, I'll check it out. Will any pcie card work on a mac pro or are there specific ones only for mac/pros?

That card has an identical layout to the sonnet product. I believe the key ingredient is the NEC USB chipset. :)
