Fix for Crashing Notes App

I had to deal with Notes persistently crashing not just on my OCLP cMPro but also a Mac Studio.

My fix worked for both:

• Turn off networked Notes for iCloud and all other emails
• Delete all Notes relatest caches in
  • Caches
  • Containers
  • Group Containers

Launch Notes. It should be empty. Create a local npte to test. Quit and start again. It should work.
While Notes is running, turn iCloud Notes sync back on and let trundle to resync.

I left it off for all other clinets, since I do not really use that feature.

Back to crashing on multiple systems. Crazy.
This has been reliable for more than a decade! Monterey does fine syncing to the same iCloud account.
