I have an iPod Touch 4G that unexpectedly entered Soft DFU Mode after a successful jailbreak.
Also, the home button doesnt work.
How do I get it out of Soft DFU Mode?

I wouldn't label the jailbreak as being successful. . .

Without a home button I'd image you will need to restore.
Otherwise, try "ReiBoot" and see if that tweak will get you out of DFU Mode.

I cant restore my iPod using iTunes. It gives me an error 3014.
Will "ReiBoot" work with a broken home button?

you could try RecBoot to "exit recovery".

Will it work without a home button?
