I have an M1 Air, and it performs well overall, but the battery is dead and needs to be replaced. The replacement costs $170. Would it be better to replace the battery, or should I just get a new Air? I can get M4 899 + Tax.

If it performs well for you, I would just do the battery and save the extra money. But, I think it depends on your personal workflow and if you would benefit from the M4.
