iPhone Fix two clocks on lock screen?

Depends on which one you want. That second clock looks to be part of a theme, so it would be as simple as editing Lockscreen.html to get rid of the code for it. If you want to keep the theme's clock, you'd just need to install Lockscreen Clock Hide from cydia
