Anyone else having this issue? I can't update or download any new apps. I'm jail broken with the newest Pangu update and have Cydia installed and working. Just tried to update an app and it gets stuck at the circle loading wheel. Tried to respring with no fix. Also tried to install a new app and that won't work either. Is anyone else having this issue? And any known fixes for this? Thanks so much. I don't want to reboot because every time I do It gets stuck and I have to boot into safemode and do a reboot via terminal.

Edit: I believe my issue was the cydia tweak VirtualHome. I uninstalled and now the AppStore is working properly. Looks like VirtualHome isn't quite ready for ios8. Hope this helps others with the same issue.

It's known that doesn't work with iOS 8 yet.
Next time check the iOS 8 jb hack compatibility list.

As much as I appreciate your response I did check that list and saw that it wasn't full compatible. But I also saw it on the list of compatible apps in this article http://www.idownloadblog.com/2014/10/23/10-great-jailbreak-tweaks-that-work-on-ios-8-right-now/

So I guess I won't listen to idownloadblog when it comes to what apps are compatible and which ones are not. So anyone reading those articles from idownloadblog thinking the apps they have listed are fully working, think again.

Well I will definitely only be installing apps based on the list you started. Thanks again!!

Were you on .2 of pangu? There was a bug with substrate that didnt allow installation of apps and updating from app store but its updated and working now.

Yes I was. I reinstalled VirtualHome and everything seems to be working properly with the app now.

i'm having the same issue. but i have never install virtualhome.
i've tried logging in again.
boot up in without mobile substrate running (pressing volume button)

none works. Any advise?

i had the same problem. practically uninstalled every tweak and problem was still there. ended up restoring and rejailbreaking. Just be careful next time which tweaks you install. only install the ones you need.
