I have a constantly boot looping iPad which I am yet to find a solution to. My boot looping issue shows the battery symbol with a small bit of it filled with red, then it goes to the apple logo, then shows the spinning icon in the center of the screen then freezes after a while, only to start the whole process over again. I have tried to hold down the + (volume up) button as it powers up and it eventually shows my lock screen with wallpaper but it freezes shortly after. I have also tried holding down the power button and home button to force power it off a number of times, as well as leaving it charged overnight. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can fix this? I have critical jailbreaking data which I really dont want to lose, so I want to avoid an itunes reset at all costs.
Any help is greatly appreciated,
Thanks, Mark

Well, you can always restore back to 5.1.1 and rejailbreak.....but what I don't understand is critical jailbreaking data???

You could try booting into safe mode - hold the top volume button down for a minute or so after you see the Apple logo. You could then try uninstalling what might be causing the problem via Cydia.

I'm also curious what "critical jailbreaking data" means.
