No Flash support yet on iPhone. Steve Jobs says full Flash is too much for iPhone and Flash lite is not good enough.
That's why Youtube has it's own app, as a work around for lack of Flash.
Adobe is rumored to be working on Flash client for iPhone. I'm hoping it comes out soon!

Browsing the phone on my Jailbroken MobileTerminal I found a folder labled "Internet Plugins." I don't know what this means... but perhaps it'll be for additional plugins or it's just added by Jailbreaking in case anyone else makes something.
