Flash - tutorial required

I've only just started using Flash and I want to create a web page that has a largish image in the centre with smaller thumb nails across the bottom of the page. When someone place their mouse over the thumb nail the large image changes to the thumb nail image.

I'm sure this is simple to do but can anyone direct me to a site I might get a tutorial on this to do?
