I am working on adding in video to the site http://www.yspeakforyourself.com/index.htm I compress the video into a Flash 8, .flv and insert it into dreamweaver. I have had a few people say they can't see the video. Should I be saving the video in Flash 7? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

people are also saying it is choppy. What should I do? I tried saving as a flash 7, and that doesn't seem to show any improvement. Is there any way to insert a quicktime file that will fit in the space i have created?

alright, i used h.264, low quality broadband, and the download setting. Is there anything additional i should consider? Would streaming work better? The videos are not really for downloading (its fine if they are) its for viewing as quickly as possible, in the best quality as possible. I appreciate the help!
