Not sure if anyone has seen this or not but it seems promising at $39.00... Shipping should be sometime in September.

"FlashQ is a 2.4GHz Wireless Flash Trigger. It is the smallest wireless flash trigger ever and the perfect companion to Mirrorless and Prosumer Cameras. It works well with big SLR camera. Make the off-camera flash lighting possible at any angles and unleash the creativity in photographers."

Interesting. I could see it doing well with the right packaging/marketing. There are lots of $20 solutions out there on Amazon, but none of them are as compact or as colourful, and (I'm hoping) this one would have a contactable manufacturer if support were needed.

I've had mixed results with inexpensive flash triggers.

The first set worked great when I tested them in the office but failed in the field. Even from only inches away.

The second set I bought are 2.4GHz units from Aputure. (Yes that is how the company name is spelled. :p) These have been pretty reliable but for some reason my SB700 doesn't like to play nice with them so I use it as an optical slave. I have used them up to 50 or 60 yards.

None of them work as well as the Cyber Commander I use with my Einstein mono lights.

This is one area were it really does seem to be you get what you pay for. On the other had, if I weren't saving for other toys I might pick up a set to play with. I wonder if it would fit inside the Ikelite housing for my D800? :)
