i have flatout2 on my macbook, and my cousin has it running on his vista-laptop, now he has loads of cheats that unlock new cars (that are not available normally, even if you complete the game 100%) and things like that, but on the Mac version, the cheats just don't seem to work.

so i naturally googled for some cheats, i couldn't find any so i thought i'd ask here, could anyone help me out? :p

Flatout2 cheats

GIEVEPIX - unlocks all cars, works on my Mac. I play/have both pc and mac versions. Go through your menus until you see the row of 'stars' and use the arrow key right to get to where you type in the code.

Go to flatoutjoint.com for everything about pc version of flatout2, but pc cheats work on mac side also. There's a giant 1.2gig custom car/track pack there for pc that is easy to install, but nothing like it for the Mac side, all the cars/tracks would have to be loaded manually, a real headache.

I was driving a golf cart through city streets the other day.

I can’t get cheats to work either (Mac App Store version). I enter a code (“Extras” menu) and then choose Done. But the car/schoolbus/etc. never appears. Where do I find it?

I’ve looked under Single Race where you have a row of cars to choose from. And in the Car Shop under Career (three categories of cars to buy) as well as in my Garage (cars already owned). No new cars have appeared in any of those places.

The codes I have tried:
elpueblo
gievcarplz
rutto
wotkins

Thanks for any tips!

So far as i know, the only cheat that works on Macs is the all-cars GIEVEPIX.

No other codes have ever worked for me.

Cool—that’s something at least! Thanks.

Does that code give you the weird ones like the schoolbus and Flatmobile?

And does that cheat affect Career mode? Will it interfere with my natural unlocking of cars by playing the game?
