iPhone Flex app update. Re apply patch?

Anyone know if I have to reapply app patches in Flex to apps that has been updated ?

Would it mess up my jailbreak if I don't undo the patches prior to updating the apps ?

The max that could happen is the patch stop working with the updated app. You can reapply but that's not necessarily going to work.
