I just noticed in my iPhone 6s Plus running IOS 9.1 that when I scroll inside apps like App store, Contacts ,Settings and Safari that this part of screen

start to show some kind of flickering specially when I scroll slowly inside these apps that stops when I stop scrolling & you should know that this problem happens when iPhone is either in portrait or in landscape modeband also that this problem goes away when I choose to reduce transparency in IOS settings & I guess that it is a software problem but unfortunately I don't have any other device to try right now so I just want to know does anyone notice this problem in his/her iPhone 6s Plus or it is just in my device ?

Thanks in advance

Sounds like the content scrolling behind the translucent menu bar, and why it doesn't happen with reduced transparency. This is expected behavior.

thank you for your answer but I am familiar with normal effect of content scrolling behind translucent menu bar and this flickering problem is not normal, it seems like iPhone fails to render normal effect of content scrolling behind translucent menus so instead it shows this flickering effect which may be software or hardware problem but I'll be grateful if anyone who has iPhone 6s Plus or even iPhone 6 Plus running IOS 9.1 can check in his device and tell me if he notice the problem I'm talking about.

This is a video about the flickering I talked about, can anyone see it and tell me if this is normal ?

thanks

Seems like it's just the icon and text moving around (as you scroll) behind the translucent area.

thank you for your answer but I know that it's caused by icons moving under translucent are what I meant does this act appear in the same way as it appears in my device in all IOS devices running IOS 9.1 or IOS 9.2 ?
