Flickering Sceen on a MBP (with video)

Hey All,

I have a 2 month old Macbook Pro Core 2 Duo (2.13 Ghz) with 2 GB of ram. At the lowest setting of the display it appears to flicker. I took a video of it (see you tube link below)
1) Should I call apple?
2) If I call apple, what should I ask them to do (replace it or repair it)???
