Flickr Exporter with iPhoto comments?

I'm looking for either a plugin or program that will take the comments that I put on photos in iPhoto and use them as the "Description" when I upload the pictures to Flickr. This seems like a no-brainer, but I don't seem to be able to find a program to do it with.
